<br />A tract of Land comprising all of Lot 11 and the southerly 2 feet of Lot 9, all
<br />in Block 15, College Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />WHEREAS Frank D. Greene and Elaine Greene, husband and wife were predecessors to
<br />Huey Long Co., Inc's interest in the above -described Lots 7 and 9, Block 15, College Addition
<br />to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />WHEREAS John F. Hoeft and Clara Augusta Hoeft, husband and wife, were predecessors
<br />to Huey Long Co., Inc's interest in the above -described Lot 5 and the Southerly 34 feet of Lot 3,
<br />Block 15, College Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />WHEREAS, by Deed of Easement dated April 20, 1959 recorded in Miscellaneous Book
<br />6, Pages 523-524 of the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds office, Frank D. Greene and
<br />Elaine Greene as Grantors granted to John F. Hoeft and Clara Augusta Hoeft as Grantees an
<br />easement to keep and maintain a water pipe and main across said Lots 7 and 9 for the benefit of
<br />said Lot 5 and the Southerly 34 feet of said Lot 3, with free right of ingress and egress to, from
<br />and over said Lots 7 and 9 for the purpose of maintaining said water pipe and main.
<br />WHEREAS, by the various conveyances described above Huey Long Co., Inc. is now the
<br />fee owner of the entirety of Lots 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11, Block 15, College Addition to West Lawn,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS it is the desire and intent of Huey Long Co., Inc. by operation of the
<br />Doctrine of Merger, and by this recorded writing, to extinguish the above -described easement;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above recitals, Huey Long Co., Inc. does
<br />hereby release, relinquish and extinguish that certain easement burdening Lots 7 and 9 for the
<br />benefit of Lot 5 and the Southerly 34 feet of Lot 3, all in Block 15, College Addition to West
<br />Lawn in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded at Miscellaneous Book 6
<br />Pages 523-524 of the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds office; it being the intention upon
<br />the execution hereof that said easement shall be extinguished and shall no longer constitute any
<br />lien, encumbrance, right or interest in or to the above described Lots 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11 separate
<br />from the fee interest therein of Huey Long Co., Inc.
