That I am the successor Trustee of the RONNIE N. SCHMIT <br />REVOCABLE TRUST, dated May 12, 2005, and therefore have personal <br />knowledge of the statements made herein. <br />2. That RONNIE N. SCHMIT executed a Revocable Trust known <br />as the RONNIE N. SCHMIT REVOCABLE TRUST on May 12, 2005, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Trust", and appointed herself as <br />Trustee of the Trust. <br />3. That RONNIE N. SCHMIT passed away on June 23, 2024 and, <br />by the terms of the Trust, the undersigned was appointed the <br />Trustee of the Trust and I accepted said appointment. <br />4. That RONNIE N. SCHMIT conveyed title to the Trustee of <br />the Trust in and to the real estate described on Exhibit A <br />attached and incorporated herein as if set forth in its entirety <br />by Quitclaim Deed dated May 12, 2005 and recorded as Instrument # <br />200512741 in the Real Estate Records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />5. That RONNIE N. SCHMIT conveyed title to the Trustee of <br />the Trust in and to the real estate described on Exhibit B <br />attached and incorporated herein as if set forth in its entirety <br />by Quitclaim Deed dated January 21, 2015 and recorded as <br />Instrument # 201500609 in the Real Estate Records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />
