That the Trust has not been terminated nor has the Trust been revoked, modified or amended to make any representation contained herein incorrect. 8. That there are no other provisions in the Trust instrument or amendments to it which limit the powers of the Trustee to sell, convey, pledge, mortgage, lease, or transfer title to interests in real or personal property; that I know of no facts or legal claims which might impair the validity of the Trust; and that the Trust is not supervised by any Court. 9. That any party dealing with the Trustee is entitled to rely upon this Certificate of Trust and shall be under no duty to investigate or inquire into any of the Trustee's powers with respect to dealing with Trust property or on behalf of the Trust.
