BRUHA, a single person, hereinaft r referred to as <br />"Mortgagor," and LaVERNE W. BRUHA and LINDA J. BRUHA, husband and <br />wife, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee," whether one or more. <br />Mortgagee has advanced to Mortgagor the sum of ELEVEN <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO/100 ($11,000.00), which Mortgagor has agreed <br />to repay according to the terms of a certain Promissory Note, herein- <br />after referred to as "Note," of even date made payable to the <br />Mortgagee, the unpaid principal balance of which Note matures on <br />demand. To secure the payment of the principal and any other sums <br />payable under the Note according to its terms and any extensions or <br />renewals thereof and to secure the past and present indebtedness of <br />Mortgagor to Mortgagee, Mortgagor does hereby mortgage to the <br />Mortgagee and their successors in interest all of the Mortgagor's <br />estate, right, title and interest in and to the following -described <br />real estate and properties, whether now owned by the Mortgagor or <br />hereafter acquired by it and whether now or hereafter existing, in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Eight (8) in Block Thirteen (13) <br />in Wallichs' Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, <br />together with all existing and future buildings and improvements, <br />servient estates appurtenant thereto, rights, privileges, appurten- <br />ances and hereditaments thereunto belonging with the real estate or <br />properties described above or in the operation thereof; all of the <br />foregoing properties and real estate are collectively designated the <br />"Mortgaged Property." <br />The Mortgagor relinquishes all rights of homestead, dower, <br />distributive or elective share and all other contingent interests, <br />either in law or in equity, and waives any rights of redemption as to <br />the Mortgaged Property to the extent permitted by applicable law. <br />PAGE 1 OF 2 <br />
