Friesen and Megan L. Friesen, Zachary Z. <br />Zoul and Cindy K. Johnson, Matthew C. Oliver and Amy E. Oliver, Jonathan A. Rosenlund and <br />Rebecca M. Rosenlund, Brady J. Kayl and Samantha J. Kayl, Dustin L. Cole and Tami D. Cole, <br />Mark Johnson and Kelsey Johnson, Remlek Farms, L.L.C., and Jacob Burger and Brenda Burger <br />(collectively "Owners"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The Agreement for Restrictive Covenants, Restrictions, and Conditions for Prairie <br />Creek Meadows Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, dated as of October 13, 2017, <br />was recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds Office on October 13, 2017 as <br />Instrument No. 201706956 (the "Covenants"). <br />B. The Owners signing this form represent at least two-thirds (2/3) of the ownership of <br />the Lots located in Prairie Creek Meadows Subdivision, Hall County Nebraska. <br />C. The real estate subject to the Covenants is legally described on Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />D. Section 21 of the Covenants allows for modification of the restrictive covenants with <br />the written approval of two-thirds (2/3) of the Lots. <br />E. Section 3 of the Covenants states, "No building or dwelling house shall be moved into <br />the Subdivision and placed upon any Lot. No mobile home shall be placed on any Lot. <br />No trailer, tent garage, shack, or other unsightly out -buildings shall be used in the <br />ON 1N3WI1I1SNI SY 0131N3 <br />
