The owners of the requisite number of Lots desire to modify Section 3 of the Covenants as hereinafter set forth. No mobile home shall be placed on any Lot. No trailer, tent garage, shack, or other unsightly out -buildings shall be used in the Subdivision as a dwelling at any time, nor shall any structure of a temporary nature be used as a residence. 2. Reconfirm other Terms. All other terms and conditions of the Covenants are hereby reconfirmed, except to the extent they expressly conflict with the terms of this Amendment. 3. Defined Terms. All terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning as set forth in the Covenants. 4. Counterparts.
