Preservation, Maintenance and Protectilon of the Property; Inspections. Whether ar not Borrower is residing in the ProPert}', Borrower shall nnaintain the Properly in <br />arder to prevent the Property from deteriorating or decreasing in value due to its condition. Unless it is <br />deter�nined pursuant to Section 5 that repair or restoration is not econamically feasiible, Boirower shall <br />promptly repair the Property if damaged to avoid further deterioration or damage. If insurance �' <br />condemnation proceeds are paid in connection with damage to, or the taking of, the Property, Borrowe,r <br />shall be responsible far repairing or restoring the Property only if Lender has released proceeds for such <br />purposes. L�der may disburse proceeds for the repairs and restoration in a single payment or in a series of <br />progress payments as the work is completed. If the insurance or conde�mation proceeds are not suffici�t <br />to repair or restore the Property, Borrower is not relieved of Borrower' s obligation for the completi� of <br />such repair or restoration <br />Lender or its agent may make reasonable entries upan and inspections of the Property. If it �s <br />reasonable cause, I.ender may inspect the interior of the improve�ents on the Propeaty. Lender shatl give <br />&mower notice at the time af or prior to such an interiox inspection specifying such reasonable cause. <br />8. Borrower's Loan Application. Borrower shall be in defauit i� during the Loan applicakion <br />p�'ocess, Borrower ar any persons or entities acting at the direction of Boaowex or with Barrower's <br />knowledge ar consent gave ma.terially false, misleading, or inaccurate information or statements to Lender <br />(or failefl to provide Lender with material information) in cotmection with the Loan.
