WHEREAS, Grantor also executed an Assignment of Rents for the benefit of Ler�der (the "Assignment of Rents") dated February 27, 2008, and recorded in the real property records of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 14, 2008, as Instrument No. 0200802131, with respect to the Real Property. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given them in the Mortgage and Assignment of Rents. WHEREAS, Grantor and Lender desire to amend both the Mortgage and the Assignment of Rents as more specifically set forth herein. AGREEMENT NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby agrees with Lender as follows: 1.
