The Plaintiff was <br />present in Court, represented by Todd V. Elsbernd, her attorney, and the Defendant was present in <br />Court and represented by Thomas A. Wagoner, his attomey; evidence was tal�en and the Court being <br />fu11y advised in the premises, FINDS, ORDERS, ADJLTDGES AND DECREES as follows: <br />1 <br />this action. <br />2 <br />JURISDICTION: The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of <br />The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and that raconciliation atteinpts <br />have failed and that the marriage is hereby dissolved. <br />3. 10IIvT PROPERTY STATEMENT: The Joint Property Statement, offered and <br />received by the Court as Exhii�it 5, is hereby approved by the Court, attached hereto, and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. Each of the parties is hereby ordered to corilply with the tanns <br />of the division of assets and debts listed in the Joint Property Statement. <br />4. PARENTJNG PLAN: The Defendant is the biological father af �'urixzi Angelica �� <br />Erives, and sucli is a child of this marriage. Cnstody of the minor children of the parties, Yurixzi <br />Angelica Erives, Sergio Erives, Jr., Hector Alan Erives, and Maria Fernanda Erives, is hereby placed <br />with the Plaintiff, subj ect to rights of specific visitatioil in the Defendant pursuant to the tei7ns of tl�e <br />attached Parentiilg P�an offered ai�d received by the Court as Exhibit 6 and incorporated herein by <br />this reference. Defendant's visitation with the minor children sha11 be suspended until he has <br />coinpleted the basic level parenting education course given by one of the organ,izations approved by <br />the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and has filed a certificate of completion of said <br />parenting education course with tliis Court.
