20110�25i <br />WHEREAS, the sale was conducted according to the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Notice of Default and the Notice of Sale were duly mailed by <br />registered or certified mail, with postage prepaid, to a11 persons who had requested notice <br />according to law or according to the Deed of Trust referenced herein; and <br />WHEREAS, the Trustee has complied with a11 of the provisions of the Nebraska <br />Trust Deeds Act. <br />NOW THEREFORE, I, as the Trustee under the Deed of Trust herein referenced, <br />as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by <br />law and by the herein referenced Deed of Trust, do hereby give, grant, and convey to <br />John W.
