Damratowski and Elizabeth L. Damratowski Revocable Living Trust is the State of Nebraska; and (g) As successor Co-Trustees of the Trust, the undersigneds state that (a) except as stated hereinabove, there are presently and have been since the inception of the Trust no other trustees appointed to serve on behalf of the Trust and that the undersigneds are the successor Co- Trustees at this time, and (b) said Trust has not been revoked, amended or terminated and is in full force and effect.
