CERTIFICATION OF TRUST The undersigneds, Jeffrey A. Damratowski and Randal F. Damratowski, the successor Co-Trustees of the Harold E. Damratowski and Elizabeth L. Damratowski Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated January 20, 2006 as amended March 7, 2008, pursuant to Section 30- 38,103 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, hereby certify as follows: (a) Harold E. Damratowski and Elizabeth L. Damratowski, Settlors, created the Harold E. Da.mratowski and Elizabeth L. Da.mratowski Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated January 209, 2006 as amended March 7, 2008, the ("Trust Agreement") wherein Five Points Bank was designated as the initial Trustee of said Trust; (b) On March 7, 2008, Harold E. Damratowski and Elizabeth L. Damratowski executed an Amendment to the Trust Agreement removing Five Points Bank as Trustee and designating Elizabeth L. Damratowski as Trustee of said Trust; (c) Under date of August 19, 2011, Elizabeth L. Damratowski resigned as the Trustee of the Trust.
