JURISD{CTION: The par�ies hereby specificaliy acknowfedge and submit themselves to the jurisdietion of the District Court of Hail County, Nebraska, for the present fime and in the °future with regard to alI maf�ers refating to the subject matter and rights of the parties under this Agreement. .Z. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Agreement shall become binding upon tt�e parties and their respec�ive legaf representatives, successors and assigns immediately upon the dissolution of fiheir marriage in the pending proceedings provfded that the provisions of this Agreement are approved by the District Caurt of Ha[I Couniy, Nebraska. 3. CHILD CUSTODY/PARENT(NG TIME: The parties arethe parents of two (2} minor children, the custody and welfare of whom is affected by these proceedings, nameiy: Cooper Harris Grim, born 20Q� and Damon Wallace Grim, bom 2007 The parties are in agreernent that bo#h the P!a'►ntifF and Defendant are fi� and proper persons to have the responsibility for the cars and cus#ody of the minor children of the parties and that the minor chiidren require that continuity be maintained in the children's rearing, nurturing, training, schooiing and genera! education and i� is proper and desirable that the minor children have �he (ove, nurturing, associafiion and companionship of both the Plaintiff and the Detendant. It is intended by the parties hereto to give to their minor childrer� and to pravide forthe minor children the advantage of parenting from both of the children's parents. Towards that goal, the parties agree to a joint legal cusfody of the minor children and physical custocly shall be wi�h the Plaintiff subjec�ta reasonable parenting time r�tained by the Defendant govemed by the terms and conditions of this agreement: (a) The Defendant shalf have not less than alternating weekends with the minor children from Friday evening to Sunday evening and #wo evenings each week firom the time the Defendant picks the minor chiidren up until 9 p.m. The 2 Pa�e.��.�—l__�___
