<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE-CORPORATION

<br />WHEREAS, Secunty National Bank of Omaha, A Nebraska Corporation, by
<br />and through Lisa Treait4 Assist�at Vice Presid�nt, its authorized officer, Security National
<br />Bank Of Omaha, as trustee under the trust deed dated January 27, 2006 executed by
<br />Funk Family, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liabilitv Compan� as trustor, in which
<br />Security National Bank of Omaha is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as
<br />trustee, and recorded as Inshument No. 0200600812 in tl�e office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall Countv, State of Nebraska, has received from Security National Bank of
<br />Omaha the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums
<br />secured by such trust dated have.been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br />trust deed, the said corporation by and through it's authorized officer, as trustee, does
<br />hereby reconvey, without warra.nty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, �amely by
<br />Funk Family, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Com�any the estate now held by it
