<br /> 6. Trustor will not commit any waste upon the Truet Property
<br /> and will, at ail times, maintai.n tihe eame in good oparating orcler
<br /> and condition and will make all repaire, renewaks, replacements,
<br /> addit�:on� �nd improvements which ara reasonably neodful or
<br /> deeirable to auch end. No building or impravement now or hereafter
<br /> erected upan the Truet Property ehall be altor.ed, removed or
<br /> demolished without the priar written consent of eeneficiary.
<br /> 7. If, during th� exiotence of thl�e Trust, there shall be
<br /> threa�ened, commenced or pending any suit or acCfon affectf.ng any
<br /> of the Truet Property, the �itlo thereto or the priority of the
<br /> lien of this Deed of Truet �hereon, or if any adverse claim for ox
<br /> against th� Trust Property, or any part thereof be made or
<br /> asserted, the Trustee, eeneficiary, or both, may appear or
