<br /> collected by Lender or the reaeiver shall be applied first to
<br /> payrnent of the costs of manag�ment of the property and collection
<br /> � of rente, including, but not limited to, receiver's fees, premi-
<br /> ume on receiver's bonde and reaeonable attorney�s fees, and then
<br /> _ _ to the sums secured by the Security Instrument. Lender and the
<br /> � � receiver shall be liable to aacount only for those rents actualiy
<br /> re�eived.
<br /> 5. Construction of Provisione. Each of the provisions con-
<br /> ` tained in thie Aseignment of Rente ttider and the 8ecurity Inatru-
<br /> ment ehall, unless otherwise specifically required, be conetrued
<br /> in ac�ordance with Nebraska law, and in the event any �rovieion
<br /> herein or therein contained shall be determined by a court of
<br /> competent juriediation to be unenforceable, the eame shall be
<br /> � construed as thnugh such' unenforceable provision were not a part
<br /> hereof or thereof.
