<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the center of said Section 24, thence south
<br />on the east line thereof a distance of 610.5 feet, thence west, parallel with the south line of said Section a
<br />distance of 1,320.0 feet to the westerly line of the E 1/2 NW 1/4, thence North along and upon said westerly line
<br />610.5 feet to the south line of said Government Lot 3, being also the half section line and thence east on said
<br />half section line to the point of beginning.
