2011U3747 <br />7. The marriage of the Plaintiff dnd the Defendant is <br />irretr�evably broken, every reasoriab��e effort to �±fect <br />reconciliation has been made and those eFfc�rts have failed; <br />$. The Plaintiff testified that the parties had verbally <br />entered into a Property Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan, <br />written copies of which were received in �vidence as Exhibits "4" <br />and "5", but the Defendant neglected to s;_gn the Agreements. The <br />Plaintiff's testimony regarding the Exhibits and the Agreements <br />shows that the Ag��eements are fair, are nct unconscionable, are in <br />the best interests of the mirior children, dnd are here�y approved. <br />IT IS THEREFOR.E ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as f011ows: <br />1. That the marriage of Plainti�f an� Defendant is dissolved. <br />For purposes of appeal, the Decree shall be treated as a final <br />order as soon as it is rendered. If an appeai is instituted within <br />triirty (30) da after the Decree is rendered, such Decree ��e5 no� <br />becorne final until such proceedings are finally determined ar or� <br />the date of death of one of trie parties, 6ahichever occurs f�rst. <br />For purposes of remarri�ge, this De;cree becomes fina? and <br />operative six (6) mcnths from the date it is filed with the �'lerk <br />of the District Court or on the date o� death of ane of the <br />parties, whichever occurs first. If the Uecree becomes final dnd <br />operative upon the date of death of one of the parties, this Decree <br />shall be treated as if it became final and ;�perative on the c�ate it <br />was rendered. <br />For purposes of continuation of health insurance coverage, <br />this Decree bec�mes final and operative six (6) months from the <br />date it is filed with the Clerk of the District Court. <br />Tor all other purposes, this Dec��ee becomes final ancl <br />c�pe�ative thirty (30) days from the date i�:. is filed with the Clerk <br />of the District Court or upon the death of one af the parties, <br />whichever occurs first.
