<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Shafer Properties, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, on the �� m�
<br />17�` day of October 2006, executed and delivered to the State Bank of Lebo, as Trustee and
<br />Beneficiary, a Deed of Trust which was filed of record on October 19, 2006 as Instrument No.
<br />0200609333 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That the State Bank of Lebo, as Trustee and Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust, on the
<br />17�' day of July 2008, executed and delivered to Mid City Bank-Branch 1, an Assignment of
<br />Note and Deed of Trust which was filed of record on September 10, 2008 as Instrument No.
<br />0200807788 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />On December 10, 2010, Mid City Bank, Inc. as the assignee, Trustee and Beneficiary
<br />under the Deed of Trust named and appointed, Rana A. Scazlett-Johnson, a member of the
<br />Nebraska 5ta.te Bar Association, of 10250 Regency Circle Suite 350, Omaha, Nebraska, 68114,
<br />of Douglas County, Nebraska, Substitute Trustee to act under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust
<br />and Assignment of Note and Deed of Trust. The Appointment of Substitute Trustee was filed as
<br />Instrument No. 0201009625 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebra.ska. Hereinafter,
<br />Rana A. Scarlett-Johnson, will be referred to as "Substitute Trustee".
<br />The Substitute Trustee in consideration of One Million, Two Hundred Thousand, and
<br />00/100 Dollazs ($1,200,000.00) and other valuable consideration received from the Beneficiary
<br />under the Deed of Trust, and purchaser at sa1e, Mid City Bank Inc., hereinafter refened to as
<br />"Grantee", does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Grantee the following
<br />described real property in Douglas County, Nebraska, to wit:
