N 7c fV ':'s ��` : <br />O ', n <br />� �.i `/ �.� j � ;:.:I <br />\ �+.� <br />� p � Q) G , ' � .�+; c . <br />G� � . <br />�� � <br />JOINT DRIVEWAY AND GARAGE AGR�EMENT <br />� �O <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this � day of , 201'� by and between �� � <br />Juan Munoz and Delmi Rodriguez, both single peopfe and J& B Rentals, LLC, a <br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as "J & B Rentals, LLC"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Juan Munoz and Delmi Rodriguez, as joint tenants and not as <br />tenants in common, are the owners of the following described real estate, to-wit: <br />The East Half of the West Half (E1/2W1/2) of Lots One (1) and Two (2), <br />Block Seven (7), Hann's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, J& B Rentals, LLC, is the owner of the following described real <br />estate, to-wit: <br />The West One-Half (W1/2) of the West One-Half (W1/2) of Lots One (1) <br />and Two (2) in Block Seven (7), in Hann's Third Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, a double garage and driveway to the same, are constructed on the <br />previously described property in such a manner that approximately one-half ('/2) of the <br />garage and one-half ('h) of the driveway are located upon each of said lots; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to create for themselves, their heirs, <br />successors and assigns, a joint driveway and garage easement as the same is now <br />situated on the finro parcels of land referred to above. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises , obligations and <br />rights herein created, Juan Munoz and Delmi Rodriguez do hereby give, grant and <br />convey unto J 8� B Rentals, LLC, and unto its heirs, successors and assigns, a right-of- <br />way or easement over, along and across all of said driveway and the west one-half ('/2) <br />� <br />� <br />
