<br />(b) "Environmental Iaw" means federal laws and laws of the jurisdiction whei
<br />relate to health, safety or environmental protection; (c) "Environmental Cle;
<br />action, remedial a#ion, or removal action, as deflned in Environmental Law
<br />Condition" means a oondition that can cause, contribute to, or otherwis
<br />Cleanup.
<br />Borrower shall not c�use or permit the presence, use, disposal, storage,
<br />Substances, or threaten to release any Hazardnus Substances, on or in the Pro�
<br />nor allow anyone else to do, anything affecting the Property (a) that is in vic
<br />Law, (b) which creates an Environmental Condition, or (c) which, due to the �
<br />Hazardous Substance, creates=� condition that adversely affects the value of
