<br />TOGETHER WITH all rents, easements, appurt�nances, hereditaments, interests
<br />in adjoining roads and streets, improvements and buiidings of any kind situated hereon

<br />buildings and impravements.
<br />Tha property and the entire estate and interest canveyed to the Tr�.�stees is
<br />referred to collectively as ti�e "Trust Estate".

<br />This Deed of Trust, the Note, and any other instrument given to evidence or turther
<br />secure the payment and perFormance of aray obligatic�n secc�red hereby are referred to
<br />collectively as the "Loan Instr�.nnents".
<br />TO PROTECT TNE SECtJRITY (�F TfiIS [:)E�D C)F TRUST:
<br />I. PAYMENT OF INDESTEUNESS. Trustors shall �ay wfien due the principal of,
<br />and the interest on, the indebtec�ness evidenced by tl�e Note, charges, fees and all other
<br />sums as provided in the Loan Ir�struments.
