WHEREAS, in consideration of partial payment of indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Heritage Disposal and Storage, L.L.C., a Nebraska Li.mite� Liability Company, Trustor, to Denise D. Myers, Successor Trustee, for the benefit of The State Bank of Cairo, (now known as Pathway Bank) the beneficiary named therein, said Deed of Trust recorded March 28, 2006, as Document No. 200602685, in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and whereas said beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
