Insurance. The Defendant shall maintain health insurance on the Plaintiff for a period of <br />six months from the date of the Decxee, <br />6. Alimonv. There shall be no alimony payable by either party to the other herein. <br />7. Attornev. Each of the parties expressly certifies that they have entered into this <br />Agreement upon mature consideration and that the consent to the execution of this Agreement has <br />not been obtained by duress, fraud, or undue influence of any persons; that no representations of fact <br />have been made by either party to the other except as herein expressly set forth. <br />Each party shall be responsible for payment of their own attorney fees and court costs. <br />$. Enforcement. This Agreement and the provisions there�f rest upon valuable consideration <br />moving from each of the parties to the other, and it shall be binding upon each of the parties and <br />shall be enforceable by either party in any court or in any manner prescribed by law. <br />9. VVaiver of Properly Ri�hts. All property and money received and retained by the parties <br />pursuant hereto, except as specifically provided for to the contrary, shall be the separate property of <br />the respective parties, free and clear of any right, interest or claim of the other, and each party shall <br />have the right to deal with and dispose of his or her separate property, both real and personal, as <br />effectively and fully, as if the parties had never been married. Each party to this Agreement <br />specifically waives all of their rights to elective share, homestead allowance, exempt property and <br />family ailowance from the property ofthe other party and renounces all benefits that would otherwise <br />pass to them from the other party by intestate succession or by virtue of the provisions of any will <br />executed prior to the execution of this waiver in this Property Settlement Agreement; this waiver is <br />intended to waive a11 the rights of each party in such property as authorized by Section 30-2316 <br />R.R.S. 1943 and is intended to be a fuli and complete waiver of such rights as authorized by that <br />Nebraslca statute. <br />10. Necessarv Documents, Each of the parties wi11 execufe and deliver to the other party any <br />documents, titles, deeds, etc., that may be reasonably required to accomplish the intent of this <br />instrument and shall do all other things incident to this end.
