<br />is used in Section �. lf Borrower is otiligated to pay Escrow Items directly, pursuant to a waiver, and
<br />Borrower fails to pay the annount due for an Escrow Item, Lender may exercise its rights under Section �

<br />require under RES�'A. I.,ender shall estimate the amount of Punds due on the basis of current data and

<br />The Funds shall be hcld in an ins[itution whose deposits are insGired by a feder�.�l agency,
<br />insirumentality, or cntity (including Lender, if Lender is an institution whose deposits f�re Sp insured) or in
<br />any Federal Home Loan Bank. Lender shall apply the Funds to pay the Escrow i�ems no I�.tter than the tiz�ie
<br />spccificd undcr RESPA. Lendcr shall not chargc Borrowcr for holding and a��plying thc P�uids, annually
<br />analy�ing the escrow account, or verii'ying the Escrow Items, unless Lender pays Qorrower interest c�n the
<br />Funds and Applicable Law permits Lender to make such a charge. Unlcss an agreement is niade in writing
<br />or Applicablc Law requires interest to be paid on the Funds, Lcnder shall not bc requircd to pay Borrower
<br />any interest or earnings on the Funds. Borrower and Lendcr can agree in writing, howcver, that interest
<br />shall be paid on the Funds. Lender shall give to Borrowcr, without charge, an armual accounting of thc
<br />l�unds as required by REST'A.
<br />If there is a surplus ot� I-'unds held in escrow, as defined tmder RESPA, Lender shal] account to
<br />Borrower for the excess funds in accordance with RESPA. If there is a shortage of' Funds hcld in escrow,
<br />as defined under RESPA, Lender shall notify Borrower as rcquired by RESPA, and Borrowcr shall J�ay to
<br />Lender the amount necessary to make up thc shortagc in accordance with RESPA, hut in no rriore than 12
<br />monthly payments. If there is a deticiency of Funds held in cscrow, as defined uiider RESPA, Lcnder shall
<br />notify Borrower as required by RESPA, and Borrower shall pay to Lcndcr the amnunt neccssary to make
<br />up the aeficiency i�i accordance with RF.SPA, but iz� no more than 12 monthly payments.
<br />[Jpon payment in full c>f all sums secured by this Security Instniment, Lender shall promptly refund
<br />to Borrower any Funds hcld hy Lendcr.
<br />4. Charges; LieYis. Borrower shall pay all taxes, assessn�ents, charges, �nes, and in�positio�as
<br />attributable to Che I'roperty which can att�in priority over this Security Instrun�ent, ]easehold payments or
<br />�round rents on the Property, if any, and Cornmunity Association Dues, Fees, and Assessa��eiats, if any. 'I'o
