SECTION 8 HAP CONTRACT. (a) Borrower is a party ta that certain Hausing A.ssistance Payments Co:�tract between the Borrower and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("I�Cn7") id�ntified as HAP Contract Number NE26-Op3$-OU8 dat�d June 1, 2010, as subsequently amendcd (the "HAP Contract"), for the Mortgaged Property, which HAP Contract has been collaterally assigned to Lender and Fannie Mae pursuant to that certain Assignment of Housing Assistance Payments Cantract (the "Assignmerit of HA�' Contra,ct") from Borrowe�r to Lender and Fannie Mae. (b) Borrower represents that Borrower has at all times been end presently is in full compliance with the HAP Contract and that Borrower has not in the past defaulted and is pres�ntly r�nt in default under thc HAP Contract.
