2011002b0 <br />EXHIBIT B-II <br />MODIFICATTONS TU INSTRUMENT <br />(Modification to Transfer Provision — Death of Key Px7incipal) <br />The following rnadifications are made ta the text of the Instrument that precedes this <br />Exhibit: <br />1. S�tion 21(a)('n is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following is inscrt�d in <br />lieu thcreof: <br />"(7) if Key Principal is a natural person, the death af suah individual unless (i) Lender <br />is notified in writing within 90 days after such individual's death and (ii) such individual <br />is replaced, if required by Lender, with an individual or entity acceptabl� tv Lender, in <br />accardance with the provisions af Section 21(c) hereof, within 180 days after such <br />individual's death (thc "Replacement Period").
