If Borrower learns, or is no#ified <br />by axzy governmental vr reguIatory authority, ar any priv�te party, that ar►y removal or other rcmediation <br />of any Hazardous Substance affecting the Property is necessary, Borrower shall gromptly take all necessary <br />reimed�ial actions in accordauce with �nvironrnental Law.
