'I'rustor shall keep Property insured against loss by fire, flood, cheft and other haz,ards and risKs reasonably <br />associated with thc Propcny due to i�s type and location. 'I'his insurxnce shall be maintained in the amounls and for the <br />periods t1�at Reueficiary reqaires. WARRANTY OF TTTLE.
