Unless an agx�eement is made in writing or Applicable Law <br />rec�uires intere:st ta be paid on such i.nsurance proceeds, L.ender shall not be required to pay Horrower any <br />interest or earniags on suc� proceeds. Fces for putblic adjust.�rs, or other tl�ird parties, retained by <br />Borrower shall not be paid out of the insuranae proce�s and sha�1 b� �h� �1� obligation of Borcower. If <br />the restoration or repair is not vconomically feasible or Lender's security would be lessened, the insurance <br />proceeds shall be applied ta the sums se�ured by this Sccurity Instnttnue�t, whether or nat then due, with <br />the e�ccess, if any, paid to Horrower. Stich insurance proceeds shall be applied in the order provided far in <br />Section 2. <br />If Barrowcr abandons the Praperiy, Lender may �ile, negotiate and settic any available insurance <br />claim and related matters. If Borrower does nat respond within 30 days to.a natice fiom Lender that the <br />instirance carrier has affered to settle a claim, then Lcnder may negotiate at�d settle thc claim. The 30-day <br />period will begin� when tha notice is given.
