zo � oo9oaz <br />THIS SECURITY INSTRUMENT cambines uniform cpvsnants for national use and non-uniform <br />covenants with lirnited variations by jwisdiction to constitut� a uniform security in.strument covering r�al <br />property. <br />UNIPORM COVENANTS. Horrower and L.c�cler covenant and agree as fo�lows: <br />1. Payment of Prindpal, inte�rst, F,�scraw It�s, Pr'�PaYmatt Char�es, aud Late Charge�. <br />Borrower shall pay whan due the principal of, anci interest on, the debt evidenced by the Note and any <br />prepayment charges and laCc chazges due under tb,e Note. Borrower shall also pay funds for Escrow Itesns <br />pursuant to Section 3. Paymcnts duc under thc Note and this Security Instrunq�ent shall be made in U.S. <br />currency. However, if any check or ather instnunent �+eceive�l by L�ender as payrnent undcr the Note or this <br />Security Instrun�ent is returnod to Lcndcr unpaid, �.ender may require that any or all subse�uent paynnents <br />due und�r the Note and this Security Instnu�ent be made in one or �re of the following forms, as <br />seleaed by Lender: (a) cash; (b) mor�eY order; (c) certified check, ba�,lc checic, treasurer's check or <br />cashier's c�heck, provided �ny sr�. check is drawn upon an institutioz� whose deposits are insu�red by a <br />federal agency, instrumentality, ar entity; or (d) Electronic Funds Transfer. <br />Fayments are dectt�d received by L,ender when �ived at the location designat� in the Note ar at <br />such othcr lacation as may be designate� by L,ender in acxordance with the notice pmvisions in Section 15. <br />L,ender may rehun any payment or partial paytne�t if the payment or partial payments are insufficicnt to <br />bring the Loan curnent. Applicatlon o[ Payme�nts or Prooee�s. E�ccept as otharwise describe� in thi�s Se�tion 2, all <br />payme�ts accepted and applied by L,ender shall be applied in the following order of priority: (a) interest <br />due under the Note; (b) pxincipal due under the Note; (c) amounts due under Se�tion 3. Such payments <br />shall be applied to each Periadic Payment in the ord�r in wlaich it becan� c�ue. Any remaining amounts <br />shall be applied first to latc charges, second to any other amounts due under tlais Security �nsCrument, and <br />then to redwcc the principal b�la�e of ttte Notc. <br />If I.e�der receiv� a payca�nt from Borrower for a delinquent Periadic Payment which includes a <br />su,fficieat arnount w pay ainy late chatge due, the payment may be �pli�d to Che delinquent paymient and <br />the latc charge.
