� <br />, <br />20100886� <br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described <br />easement and right-of-way for any purpose necessary for the surv�ying, <br />construction, inspection, maintenance, r�pair, replacement, relocatian, extensian, <br />removal, and operation of such overhead and underground electric utilities and <br />appurtenances. Such rights of ingress and egress shall be �xercised in a <br />r�asonable manner. <br />Grantor consents to the approval of the proposed construction of electrical <br />transmission lines and appurtenances by the Nebraska Pawer Review Board and <br />Nebraska Public Service Commission, withaut hearing, and waives any and all <br />notice af this matter before those twa regulatory bodies. <br />The Grantee agrees to pay the Grantor or Lessee, as their interests may appear, <br />for any damage to personal property, f�nces, livestock, and growing crops caused by <br />the survey and original construction of the Grantee's electric transmission line. The <br />Grantee agrees to take all reasonable steps to restore, as nearly as possible to the <br />condition it was in prior to construction, any land which is damaged as a result of said <br />�:anstructi�n. Findl pay�er�t shai� bE made u� or before 60 �ays after com�let�o�� of th� <br />ariginal construction. <br />The Grantee agrees to pay grantor herein Sixty Three Thousand Four Hundred <br />Seventy and no/100 Dollars ($63,470.00) for the purchase and installation of a corner <br />irrigation system, also, to shorten the existing pivot irrigation system, togeth�r with <br />electrical and pipe work associated with said irrigation systems, an amount ta move two <br />grain bins out of the easement area, and damages for the reduction of irrigated acres on <br />Grantors' property. Compensation for said items abave is included with the easement <br />consideratian described on page one of this document. <br />The Grante� agrees to pay the Grantor or Lessee, as their interests may appear, <br />for any damage to personal properky, fences, livestock, and growing crops and to take <br />all reasonable steps to restore any land which is damaged after the original construction <br />of the Grantee's electric transmission line resulting from the survey, operation, <br />maintenance, inspection, repair, rem�val, alteration, relocation and reconstruction of the <br />Grantee's electric transmission lin�. It is further agreed that all claims for such damages <br />�� <br />
