<br />ELECTRIC EASEMENT
<br />Jerry J. Simonson and Barbara J. Simonson, husband and wife, herein called
<br />Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Sixty Eiqht Thousand and No/100 Dollars
<br />(568,000.001, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and
<br />conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to suruey, construct, inspect,
<br />maintain, repair, replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, averhead
<br />and underground electric lines, static/ground conductors, communication lin�s,
<br />cables, conduits, pipes, poles, towers, wires, fibers, anchors, foundations,
<br />footings, terminals, transformers, surface markers, and other appurtenances
<br />connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and through
<br />a part af the Southwest Quarter (SW'/4) of Section �leven (1 1), Township Twelve
<br />(12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. The
<br />easement and right-of-way being more particularly described as follows:

<br />the Southwest Quarter (SW'/4 ) of Section E�even (1 1), Township Twelve
<br />(12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The above-described easement and right-af-way containing a total of
<br />3.02 acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated November 9,
<br />2009, marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by
