<br />(5) GR.ANTOR published the Notic� of Trustee's Sale, to be held on October 28, 2010 at
<br />10:00 a.m., at the lo�ver lobby af the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West First Street, Omaha, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, which notice was published in The Grand Island Independent of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks, commencing on September 17, 2010, and ending
<br />October 1 S, 2010. The last publication af Natice was at least ten (10) days prior to the Trustee's Sale,
<br />held on Octaber 28, 2010, and said sale was not later than thirty (30) days after the last publication af
<br />Notice.
<br />(6) GRANTOR conducted the sale of the real property at public auction on October 28, 2p10
<br />at or about 10:00 a.m., at the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West First Street, Omaha,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. GRANTOR accepted the bid of Great Western Sank, a bank charted under
<br />the laws of the State of South Dakota, in the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Six Hundred
<br />Dollars and Na Cents ($156,600.Op) as the highest bid upan said real property. GRANTOR has
<br />camplied with the requirements of Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 76-1001 through 76-1018, in the ex�rcise of the
<br />sale of the real property described herein at the Trustee's Sale held on October 28, 2010.
<br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the GRANTEE, the GRANTOR'S title and all right, title,
<br />interest and claim of the Trustors, and their successors in interest and of all persons claiming by, through
<br />or under them, in and to the above-describ�d real property, including all such rigl title, interest and
<br />claim in and ta such property acquired by the Trustars ar their successars in interest subsequent to the
<br />execution of the Deed of Trust.
<br />This Deed is subject to all easements, restrictians or covenants of record vvhich GRANTOR is
<br />not entitl�d to convey pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76-1010(2).
