Each villa shall pay one-eleventh (1 /11 th) of the <br />expenses ittcurred by both Fairway Villas Condominium Property Regime I and <br />Fairway Villas Condominium Pz'operty Regime II. <br />The new provision enacted and replacing the afore�nentioned provision is: <br />VI. VALUES. <br />The values stated in this Article are for the sole purpose of apportioning the <br />voting cantrol and the allocatian pf common expenses. These values mean that <br />each Villa has one vote and each pays an eyual share of the common expenses.
