Prior to the addition of Fairway Villas <br />Condominium Property Regime II, each villa shall pay one-sixth (1/6th) of the <br />common expenses incurred by the Fairway Villas Owners Associatian, and <br />thereafter, each villa shall pay one-eleventh (1/l lth) of the expenses incurred by <br />both Condominium Property Regiznes. <br />Tk�e new n*ovision ersacted and re���cin� ±h� �fQr�?r:��z±ic�n�u �,o�iaioa� is: <br />VI. VALUES. <br />The values stated in this Article are far the sole purpose of apportioning the <br />voting control and the allocation of common expenses.
