. ,� <br />i - <br />�oioos��o <br />together with the following rights: <br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described <br />easement and right-of-way for any purpose necessary for the surveying, <br />construction, inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, <br />removal, and operation of such overhead and underground electric utilities and <br />appurtenances. Such rights of ingress and egress shall be exercised in a <br />reasonable manner. <br />Grantor consents to the appraval of th� prapased construction of electrical <br />transmission lines and appurtenances by the Nebraska Power Review Board and <br />Nebraska Public Service Commission, without hearing, and waives any and all <br />notice of this matter before those twa regulatory bodies. <br />The Grantee agrees to pay the Grantor or L�ssee, as their interests may appear, <br />for any damage to personal property, fences, livestock, and grawing crops caused by <br />the survey and ariginal construction of the Grantee's electric transmission line. The <br />Grantee agrees to take all reasonable steps to restore, as nearly as possible to the <br />conditian it was in prior to construction, any land which is damaged as a result of said <br />construction. Final payment shall be made on or before 60 days after completion of thE <br />original construction. <br />The Grantee agrees ta pay grantor herein Forty Thousand Two Hundred Twenty <br />and no/100 Dollars ($40,220.00) for the purchase and installation of a corner irrigatian <br />system, also, to shorten the existing pivot irrigation system, together with electrical and <br />pipe work assaciated with said irrigation systems, and damages for the reduction of <br />irrigated acres on Grantor's property. Compensation for said items above is included <br />with the easement consideration described an page one of this document. <br />The Grantee agrees to pay the Grantor or Lessee, as their interests may appear, <br />for any damage to personal property, fences, livestock, and growing crops and to tak� <br />all reasonable steps to restore any land which is damaged after the original construction <br />of the Grantee's electric transmission line resulting from the survey, operatian, <br />maintenance, inspection, repair, removal, alteration, relocation and reconstruction of the <br />Grantee's electric transmissian line. It is further agreed that all claims for such damages <br />�►� <br />
