<br />Norma J. Simonson, a widow, herein called Grantor, in consideration of the a
<br />sum of Fort -Two Thousand Five Hundred and No/10� Dollars $42 500.00 ,
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein call�d Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, insp�ct,
<br />maintain, repair, replace, relocate, extend, remave, and operate thereon, overhead
<br />and underground electric lines, static/ground canductors, communication lines,
<br />cables, canduits, pipes, poles, towers, wires, fibers, anchors, foundations,
<br />footings, terminals, transformers, surface markers, and other appurtenances
<br />connected therewith, in, upan, above, along, over, acrass, underneath, and through
<br />a part of the West Half af the Southeast Quarter (W'/z SE'/) of Section Eleven (1 1),
<br />Tawnship Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. The easement and right-of-way being more particularly described as
<br />follaws:
<br />The westerly twenty-five (25) feet of the Southeast Quarter (SE'/4 ) of
<br />Section Eleven (1 11, Tawnship Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The above-described easement and right-af-way containing a total of
<br />1.52 acres, mare or less, as shown on the plat dated November 9,
<br />2009, marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incarparated herein by
<br />reference,
