<br />any Federal Home Loan Bank. I.ender shall apply the Fuuds to pay the F.scrow Ztcros no later than the time
<br />specifie� undcr RESPA. I.a�der shall not c�arge Borrower fac holding and applying the F�mds, annually
<br />analyzin� the escrow accaunt, or verifying the Eacrow Items, unle�s Lender pays Horrower intet�st on the
<br />Funds and Applicable Law permits I.ender to make auch a charge, i7nless an agreement is made in �ting
<br />or Applicable Law requires intcrest to be paid on the Funds, Len�der shall not be required to pay Bortower
