The Architectural Control Comtnittee must apprave any <br />elevatian af a lot. <br />1�. No worn-out or discarded automobiles, machinery or parts thereof shall. be stored <br />on the Properties and no portion shall be used for automobiles, junk piles or storage <br />of any kind ofjunk or waste materi�al. No unused building materi.al, jwzk or rubbish <br />shall be left expased on any lot except durir�g actual buil.ding operations. No <br />campers, trailers, mator or mabile homes, baats, recreational vehicles, ar trucks <br />la�rger than a one ton pick-up truck shall be stored on any lot, dariveway or an the <br />�street in. front of or on the side of said lots. Nn campers, tarai�lers, motvr or rnobile <br />homes, boats, recreataanal vehicles or trucks shall tie left parked on the streets <br />overnight.
