<br />Lean Stanczyk, a single person herein called Grantar, in consideration of the
<br />sum of Three Thausand Two Hundred Thi,rty and Na/100 Dollars ($3,230.00�, receipt of
<br />which is her�by acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called
<br />Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct,
<br />insp�ct, maintain, repair, replace, relacate, extend, remove, and operate thereon,
<br />averhead and und�rground electric lines, static/ground conductors, communication
<br />lines, cables, conduits, pipes, poles, towers, wires, fibers, anchors, foundations,
<br />faatings, terminals, transformers, surface markers, and other appurtenances connected
<br />therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and through a part of the
<br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E'/�SW'/4) and East Half af the Northwest Quarter
<br />(E'/zNW'/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (1 p)
<br />West of the 6th P.M. , Hall Caunty, N�braska. The easement and rightWaf-way being

<br />The easterly twenty-five (25) feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (NE'/4SW'/4) and the easterly twenty-five (25) feet of the Southeast
<br />Quarter af the Northwest Quarter (SE'/4NW'/4) of Section Thirty-six (36),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West af the 6th P.M. Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The above-described eas�m�nt and right-of-way containing a tatal af 1.52
<br />acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated November 9, 2pQ9,
<br />marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described
<br />easement and right-of-way for any purpose necessary for the surveying, construction,
<br />inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and
<br />operation of such overhead and underground electric utilities and appurtenances. Such
<br />rights of ingress and egress shall be exercised in a reasonable manner.
<br />Grantor consents to the approval of the proposed constructian of electrical
<br />transmission lines and appurtenances by the Nebraska Pawer Review Board and
<br />Nebraska Public S�rvice Commission, without hearing, and waives any and all notice of
<br />this matter before those two regulat�ry bodies.
<br />The Grantee agrees to pay the Grantor or Less�e, as their interests may appear,
<br />far any damage� to personal property, fences, liuestock, and growing crops caused by
