Fvr purposes of this frling, Grantor <br />is the record owner of the Property. The name and mailing address of Grantor, as debtor, and the <br />name and mailing address af the Autharity, as secured party, frorn which information concerning <br />this Financing Statement may be obtained, are set forth in the Preamble of this Security <br />Instrument. The Grantor shall immediately advise the Authority in writing oFany change in the <br />state of Grantor's organization, or Grantor's exact legal name, or the places where the Personal <br />Property, or any part thereof, or the books and records �oncerning the Personal Property, or any <br />part thereof, are kept. <br />If any of the Property is deemed to be Personal Property, this Security Instrument shall <br />also constitute a security agreement with respect to such Personal Property executed by Grantar <br />as debtor in favvr of the Authority as secured party.
