<br />THiS MORTGAGE (this "Mortgage"), made as of the .�}h day of
<br />`� , 2008, between United Congregational Church Grand Island, a not-forW
<br />profi corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State ofNebraska ("Mortgagor"),
<br />located at 405 East Bismark Road, Grand Island, Nebraska 58801-8002 and Loca1 Church
<br />Ministries Church Building & Loan Fund, a not-for-profit corporation organized and existing
<br />under the State of Ohio, having its principal office at 700 Prosp�ct Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio
<br />44115 ("Mortgagee") ,
<br />WITNESSETH
<br />WHEREAS, Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortga�;�e a Pr��missory
<br />Note of even date herewith (the "Note") in the principal sum of Six Thousand and 00/100
<br />Dollars ($6,OOOA�) payable in accordance with the terms of said Note, the entire balanc� of
<br />principal and interest (if any) shall be due and payable on or before February 1, 2083 (the
<br />"Maturity Date"), Frovided Maker is not in default of the Note or this Mortgage on the Maturity
<br />Date, the Maturity Date shall be automatically extended to Felaruary 1, 2108.
<br />WHEItEAS, it is Martga�or and Mort�agee's intention that so long as Mortgagor
<br />is not in default llereunder, that the Maturity Date will contin�ie to be automatically �xtended
<br />indefinitely by Lender in twenty-five (25) year increments. In order to assure Mortgagee that
<br />this Mortgage remains in full farce and effect, Mortga�or agrees to re-execute this Mort�a�e
<br />from time ta tim� ta extend the Maturity Date in a form and �nanrier reasc�nably requested by
<br />Martgagee.
<br />NOW, THFREFORE, Mortgagor, to secure payment in full under the Note and
<br />the perfarmance and observance of all covenants, conditions, stipulations and agrcements
<br />contained in this Mortgage and the Note, does hereby rnortgage, grant, convey, transfer and
<br />assign to Mortgagee all of Mortgagor's right, title, estate and inter�st in and to the real property
<br />described in Exhibit A attached hereta and made a part hereof (the "Real Propei-ty").
