<br />ELECTRIC EASEMENT
<br />Lloyd E. Mader and Patricia M. Mader, husband and wife; Max A. Mader and
<br />Lizbeth N. Mader aka Lizabeth N. Mader, husband and wife, herein called Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of Sixt Thousand Sixt Ei ht and 02/100 Dollars
<br />X60,068.02), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto
<br />the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-
<br />way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace, relocate, extend, remove,
<br />and operate thereon, overhead and underground electric lines, static/ground
<br />conductors, communication lines, cables, conduits, pipes, poles, towers, wires, fibers,
<br />anchors, foundations, footings, terminals, transformers, surface markers, and other
<br />appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath,
<br />and through a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE'/NW'/)and a
<br />part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W'/2NE'/) of Section Thirty-six (36),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. ,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. The easement and right-of-way being more particularly described as follows:
<br />The easterly twenty-five (25) feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NE'/NW'/) and the westerly twenty-five (25) of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE'/) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The above-described easement and right-of-way containing a total of 2.27
<br />acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated November 9, 2009,
<br />marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described
<br />easement and right-of--way for any purpose necessary far the surveying, construction,
<br />inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and
<br />operation of such overhead and underground electric utilities and appurtenances. Such
<br />rights of ingress and egress shall be exercised in a reasonable manner. Grantee shall
