<br />(a) "Association" shall mean the homeowners' association to be
<br />formed by the Owner to be known as "Fairway Crossings at Indianhead Golf Club
<br />First Subdivision Property Owners Association" and its successors and assigns.
<br />(b) "Owner" shall mean an owner of a Lot as defined hereinbelow at
<br />subsection (d).
<br />(c) "Property" shall mean and refer to Fairway Crossings at
<br />Indianhead Golf Club First Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska or
<br />any portion or subsequent resubdivision of the Lots within the Property.
<br />(d) "Lot" shall mean and refer to any platted lot of land upon the
<br />recorded subdivision plat of the Property and shall include only the following:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six
<br />(6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve
<br />(12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16),
<br />Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20),
<br />Twenty-One (21), Twenty-Two (22), Twenty-Three (23), Twenty-
<br />Four (24), Twenty-Five (25), Twenty-Six (26), Twenty-Seven
<br />(27), Twenty-Eight (28), Twenty-Nine (29), Thirty (30), Thirty-
<br />One (31), Thirty-Two (32), Thirty-Three (33), Thirty-Four (34),
<br />Thirty-Five (35), Thirty-Six (36), Thirty-Seven (37), Thirty-Eight
<br />(38), Thirty-Nine (39), Forty (40), and Forty-One (41), Block One
<br />(1), Fairway Crossings at Indianhead Golf Club First Subdivision,
<br />in the City of Grand lsland, Nebraska;
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six
<br />(6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve
<br />(12), Thirteen (13 ), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16),
<br />Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20),
<br />Twenty-One (21), Twenty-Two (22), Twenty-Three (23), Twenty-
<br />Four (24), and Twenty-Five (25), Block Two (2), Fairway
<br />Crossings at Indianhead Golf Club First Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska; and
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six
<br />(6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), and Eleven (11),
<br />Block Three (3), Fairway Crossings at Indianhead Golf Club First
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />(e) "Golf Course" shall mean Indianhead Golf Course.
<br />3. Every Owner of a Lot within the Property shall be a member of the Association.
<br />Membership in the Association is a condition of ownership of any Lot within the Property.
<br />Membership shall be appurtenant to and may not be separated from ownership of any Lot that is
<br />subject to assessment. The Association shall have one class of voting membership that shall be
<br />and include the Owner of each Lot contained in the Property. When more than one (1) person
<br />holds an interest in any Lot contained within the Property, all such persons shall be members of
<br />the Association but any vote for such Lot shall be exercised as they among themselves determine
