<br />DESCRIPTION OF LAND
<br />The lands of the Declarant which are hereby submitted to this DECLARATION OF
<br />RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS are a fee simple interest
<br />in the following:

<br />(21), Twenty-Two (22), Twenty-Three (23), Twenty-Four (24), Twenty-Five (25),
<br />Twenty-Six (26), Twenty-Seven (27), Twenty-Eight (28), Twenty-Nine (29), Thirty (30),
<br />Thirty-One (31), Thirty-Two (32), Thirty-Three (33), Thirty-Four (34), Thirty-Five (35),
<br />Thirty-Six (36), Thirty-Seven (37), Thirty-Eight (38), Thirty-Nine (39), Forty (40), and
<br />Forty-One (41), Block One (1), Fairway Crossings at Indianhead Golf Club First
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska;

<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska; and

<br />Nine (9), Ten (10), and Eleven (11), Block Three (3), Fairway Crossings at Indianhead
<br />Golf Club First Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br />RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS. RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
<br />A. General Frovisions
<br />1. In consideration of the mutual benefits to be derived by the owners of the lots in
<br />Fairway Crossings at Indianhead Golf Club First Subdivision and any purchaser or purchasers,
<br />their heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors, assigns or grantees, the Declarant
<br />stipulates and agrees that all of the lots hereinabove identified in Fairway Crossings at
<br />Indianhead Golf Club First Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that are sold,
<br />transferred ar conveyed, shall be and are subject to the following restrictive covenants,
<br />restrictions and conditions provided herein. All restrictive covenants, restrictions and conditions
<br />shall run with the land.
<br />2. The following definitions shall apply to this DECLARATION OF
<br />RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIUNS:
