College Park shall have the right to enter the premises at all times to examine the condition of the same or to make such repairs, additions or alterations as may be required and as College Park may see fit to make the safety, improvement ar preservation of the premises far any other reasonable purpose so long as the use of the leased by Hamilton shall not be unduly interrupted. However, College Park may not enter the ~ telecommunication building awned by Hamilton without the expressed permission of Hamilton or its representative. 16. Notices. College Park agrees to execute a Memorandum of this Agreement which Hamilton may record with the appropriate recording officer. The date set forth in the Memorandum of Lease is for recording purposes only and bears no reference to commencement of either the Term or rent payments. 18. Nonassignability and Subleasing. Except as otherwise provided herein, Hamilton may not assign this Agreement or sublet any part of the leased premises to any person, corporation, or other business entity without the prior written consent of College Park. 19. Modifications. The parties hereto agree that no change or modification shall be made in this Agreement except in writing signed by the parties hereto setting forth the terms of the agreed modification.
