201005.185 <br />remedies available at law for the termination of this Agreement or <br />damages. <br />15. Ri ht of Ent b Colle a Park. College Park shall have the right to <br />enter the premises at all times to examine the condition of the same <br />or to make such repairs, additions or alterations as may be required <br />and as College Park may see fit to make the safety, improvement <br />ar preservation of the premises far any other reasonable purpose <br />so long as the use of the leased by Hamilton shall not be unduly <br />interrupted. However, College Park may not enter the ~ <br />telecommunication building awned by Hamilton without the <br />expressed permission of Hamilton or its representative. <br />16. Notices. If any written notice is required to be given to either party, <br />such notice shall be considered sufficiently given if deposited in the <br />United States mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the parties as <br />follows: <br />College Park: College Park at Grand Island <br />Attention: Randy Blair <br />Executive Director <br />3180 W. College Park agrees to execute a Memorandum of this <br />Agreement which Hamilton may record with the appropriate <br />recording officer. The date set forth in the Memorandum of Lease <br />is for recording purposes only and bears no reference to <br />commencement of either the Term or rent payments. <br />18. Nonassignability and Subleasing. Except as otherwise provided <br />herein, Hamilton may not assign this Agreement or sublet any part <br />of the leased premises to any person, corporation, or other <br />business entity without the prior written consent of College Park. <br />19. Modifications. The parties hereto agree that no change or <br />modification shall be made in this Agreement except in writing <br />signed by the parties hereto setting forth the terms of the agreed <br />modification. <br />
