r ' <br />~0l003000 <br />CFCTThN TV <br />TAXES AND FEES <br />LESSORS shall pay all license fees, assessments use and <br />property taxes against the property such as not to impair LESSEES' <br />rights under the terms of this Lease. <br />cFrTTnN v <br />MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR <br />LESSORS, at LESSORS' costs, shall keep the Stormor grain bin <br />in good repair, condition and working order. <br />CFf`TTf1N VT <br />STATUS OF THE PROPERTY <br />The Stormor grain bin is, and at all times shall remain, <br />personal property notwithstanding that any part of it may be or <br />may become in any manner attached to, imbedded in, or permanently <br />resting on real property or any building on real property, or <br />attached in any manner to what is permanent as by means of cement, <br />plaster, nails, bolts, screws or otherwise. <br />SECTION VII <br />OWNERSHIP <br />The property is and shall at all times remain the sale <br />property of LESSORS and LESSEES shall have no right, title or <br />interest in the property except as expressly set forth in this <br />Lease. <br />SECTION VIII <br />ASSIGNMENT WITH PRIOR CONSENT <br />a. LESSEES shall not assign, transfer or pledge any <br />interest in and to the property <br />b. Sublet or lend any part of the property <br />c. Permit any part of the property to be used by <br />anyone other than LESSEES or LESSEES' employees. <br />-2- <br />
