~ .,.. .. <br />~oioo~oo9 <br />LEASE <br />This Lease, effective as the date stated hereinbelow, is <br />between ROBERT SIEMERS, a single person, of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and RTCHARD SIEMERS and HEATHER SIEMERS, husband and wife, of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as LESSORS, and LLOYD <br />MADER of Hall County, Nebraska, and JEREMY MADER, of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as LESSEES. <br />Subject to the terms and conditions stated hereinbelow, <br />LESSORS lease to LESSEES and LESSEES lease from LESSORS a twenty <br />thousand (20,000) bushel Stormor grain bin (West bin) hereinafter <br />referred to as property located on LESSORS' real property located <br />in the South Half (Sl/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of <br />Section Thirty Six (36), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />RF.(`TT[5N T <br />TERM OF LEASE <br />The term of this Lease shall be for a period of four (4) <br />years commencing September 1, 2009, and ending on August 31, 2013. <br />SECTION IT <br />RENT <br />LESSOR, Robert Siemers, is indebted to LESSEES in the sum of <br />Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00). In order to repay this <br />indebtedness, LESSOR has agreed to lease to LESSEES the above <br />described Stormor grain bin at a fair rental value of Two Thousand <br />Dollars ($2,000.00) per year far the four year term of the lease. <br />In the event this Lease shall terminate for any reason the <br />amount of debt owing by LESSOR, Robert Siemers, to LESSEES shall <br />be prorated far the term of the Lease expended against the amount <br />of the original indebtedness. <br />SECTION III <br />CARE OF PROPERTY <br />LESSEES shall use the property in a careful and proper manner <br />and shall comply with all laws, ordinances and regulations <br />relating to the possession, use or maintenance of the Stormor <br />grain bin. <br />-1- <br />
