B~e~kler and Dorathea Maxine Beckler, husband and wife, Trtestors, to Th~,St~.te,i~k of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now, known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated May 4, 2002 in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded August 1, 2003 as Instrument Number 200310002 in the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $102,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby recanvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as follow: See Attached Exhibit "A" IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Cairo, Nebraska, this 9t" day of April , 2010.
